When depositing a retainer or making a payment on your balance with PayPal, please follow up by e-mail with a transaction number to let us know a payment has been made. We will provide email confirming receipt of payment, and will credit your account.
You may make payments in increments of $50.00 up to your full balance by simply adding multiple "units" to your order in incriments of $50.00, $100.00, $1,000.00, or $2,500.00. Unfortunately, PayPal will not allow you to "add to cart" or "continue shopping," so if your balance is not in an increment provided, it may take more than one transaction to pay your balance in full. However, you will not incur any additional fees in doing so. (For example, if your balance is $750.00, you may order 15 units of $50.00 OR you may )
Please note there is a small handling fee associated with PayPal transactions. However, larger transactions incur a lesser fee per dollar than smaller transactions.
All retainers and fees collected on criminal cases are non-refundable. Retainers and fees on all other cases are subject to written contracts entered into between you and Mr. Lenhardt. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Lenhardt prior to submitting payment.
