*After two mistrials, Mr. Lenhardt's client pled to a reduced charge and was given a concurrent sentence on on an unrelated case he was already serving, effectively resulting in no sentence in this case.
**The Law Office of R. Douglas Lenhardt acted as sole legal counsel in drafting the Sweepstakes Official Rules and gaining approval from the Alcohol and Tobacco Division of the Georgia Department of Revenue.
*** Doug Lenhart, a corporate manager in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, performed illegal castrations of men seeking sexual reassignment surgery. Doug Lenhardt, the attorney in Athens, Georgia does not condone such conduct; however, he does have a sense of humor.
